Symbiosis Centre for Corporate Education, Pune and CitiusTech Healthcare Technology Pvt. Ltd EPGDBM Batch II, Mumbai had arranged for the Online Diploma Distribution Ceremony for CitiusTech Healthcare Technology Pvt. Ltd EPGDBM Batch II, Mumbaion 4th February 2021.

Dr Seema Singh, Professor and Director, SCCE, Pune & Dr Swati Yeravdekar, Executive, SCCE, Pune and Team of Symbiosis; and Mr RizwantKoita, CEO; Mr Jagdish Moorjani, COO; Ms Souwmya Santhosh, SrVP – HR & Ms Supriya Sawant, Asst VP - HRand Team from CitiusTechgraced the ceremony.18 participants were present virtually for the ceremony.

Ms Sowmyagave a warm welcome to all the dignitaries, teams and participants. She shared her experience of how the Diploma Distribution ceremony for the earlier batch took place actually and the participants could wear the robes and their families could join the function. She also mentioned that Dr Seema Singh is a great source of inspiration for all.

Mr JagdishMoorjani said that CitiusTech is grateful for this association which has benefitted the organization and this debt can never be paid off. He also praised the group of participants for how motivated they have been for weekend classes and how they navigated the way through the program. He said that intellectual hunger and continuous learning is important, it enhances the knowledge. Now there are phenomenal opportunities in global and Indian economy as well as in the industry. He also stated that, investment made in you will pay you the dividend. He also quoted Bill Gates statement that most people overestimate what they can do in short term and underestimate what they can do in long term. He again congratulated participants and said they have inspired their teams, families and friends & thanked CitiusTech HR team for putting their enormous thoughts and planning & appreciated how Symbiosis has done a great job.

Dr Seema Singh took over to continue and asked her team to play a video of reminiscing times. In between the video she shared her memories of how each participant was during their sessions Symbiosis.She said that it’s a privilege to connect with the company like CitiusTech and thanked the management for supporting this initiative. She also praised senior management of CitiusTech for taking out their precious time during the roll out and Diploma Distribution Ceremony of the course for their employees to encourage them. She complimented for efforts from the teams, participants and the management toshift to the online mode during this pandemic time. She felt unhappy as she could not hand over the certificates personally to the participants.Dr Seema Singh concluded her speech by telling students to remain enthusiastic and optimistic.

Toppers from the batch Mr Prashant Rai, MsAkshayaSubramanian &Mr RahulBharadwaj expressed their gratitude towards the management of CitiusTech for giving them opportunity to do the course and Symbiosis for offering them excellent faculty members, making them to understand and learn the concepts. Seema ma’am is the primary guiding force to this program. They also remembered the times of completing assignments, preparing overnight for exams and how teamwork helped. They said that it was a joyride for all the participants to be a part of this higher education program.

Mr RizwanKoita remembered the last Diploma Distribution ceremony which was fun and the participants could receive the certificate in the presence of their families. This year, even though, due to pandemic actual Diploma Distribution ceremony could not take place, everyone managed it virtually. He praised the participants for their determination and commitment of their weekends for the sessions and extra efforts that they have taken to complete the course. He also suggested participants to approach their HR team for recognizing their new skills for betterment of CitiusTech.

Ceremony concluded with the vote of thanks by Ms Supriya Sawant. She congratulated participants and the families for their rock solid support. She praised Symbiosis for their enormous cooperation for running the course with thorough precision.
